6. Refund Processing

6.1 Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account

7. Subscription Cancellation

8. Plan Changes and Credits

8.1 Upgrading

If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. The upgrade takes effect immediately.

8.2 Downgrading

If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan:

  • The change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • You will continue to have access to your current plan features until then
  • A credit will be applied to your account for the difference (no cash refunds)

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks can be avoided in most cases by:

  • Contacting our team first
  • Following our refund request process
  • Allowing us to resolve the issue

If a chargeback is filed against us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We will provide transaction documentation to your bank
  • If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent, we may pursue legal action
  • Future access to our service may be denied

10. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the full annual fee
  • After 30 days, refunds are prorated based on unused months
  • Minimum 3-month usage fee will be deducted from prorated refunds
  • Refunds processed back to original payment method

Example: If you purchased an annual plan for $600 (12 months) and cancel after 4 months:

  • Unused months: 8 months
  • Prorated value: $400
  • Minimum usage fee (3 months): $150
  • Refund amount: $250

11. Exceptions and Special Cases

11.1 Service Outages

If our service experiences extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
